Product Portfolio

The iCustomerExperience portfolio and pricing structure is designed to be straight forward and simple to interpret. We offer three product structures for the iCustomerExperience Survey, namely: Gold, Silver, and Bronze. We also offer clients a Custom Survey service, the pricing of which will be available on application.
 
At one end of the scale the iCustomerExperience Bronze product includes:
  • Two (2) iCustomerExperience Indicator surveys distributed to an unlimited sample population of customers
  • Ranking on the iCustomerExperience Index: Customer Experience Rating (CER) and Customer State Analysis (CSA)
  • A Management Summary Report per survey
  • An Index Benchmarking Report per survey
At the other end of the scale the iCustomerExperience Gold product includes:
  • Two (2) iCustomerExperience Indicator surveys distributed to an unlimited sample population of customers
  • Ranking on the iCustomerExperience Index: Customer Experience Rating (CER) and Customer State Analysis (CSA)
  • A Management Summary Report per survey
  • An Index Benchmarking Report per survey
  • A Detailed Data Analysis Report per survey
  • One Discovery & Recommendations Engagement: consisting of on-site activity surrounding your customers, employees, processes, and strategies; and culminating in a substantial Recommendations Report highlighting step changes to enhance your customer experience.
Your decision as to which product is most appropriate for your company is likely to be dependent on a combination of the following considerations:
  • The size of company
  • Your company's disposable internal resource (marketing, customer service, technical, etc.)
  • Your company’s desire to adopt a continuous improvement approach to Customer Experience Management and survey customers regularly
  • The importance your company places on accessing detailed analytics about its Customer Experience
  • Your company’s appetite for change and whether it is open to recommendations based on best practice and industry knowledge
